No phone numbers on the wedsite work. "561 600 1439" unavailable. "888 315 3691" unavailable.

"888 565 5734" not in service. Had no way to cancel their service. Lisa Romano "561 565 6301" called 1 week before scheduled pickup date. I tried to cancel then, but not possible. Was told the man who got my deposit no longer worked for the company. Basically stole my "$899", was given no way to contact them by phone or email. I want them put in jail.

I am pretty sure all the 5 star reviews here are Fake or paid Reviews. This company attracts the customers by giving an attractive quote and make you pay partial amount. Once they come for pick up they will more than double the quote citing various reasons even though the inventory is not changed. I was given a quote of 475 cf during booking and they increased it to 1000 cf while pick up. Reason - their computers doesn't give exact sizing. Why do they have a system which gives an estimate with more than 50% deviation. They promised delivery time frame of 4-7 days and its been 11 days still waiting for a delivery date. Never ever going with this Movers again. They are just Brokers who don't have their own trucks.

Please do not hire them. I had a long-distance move from St. Paul, MN to Los Angeles, CA. I am going to write much more in the next day or two. But PLEASE trust the negative reviews. They flat out lied about only being charged for the amount of cubic feet used. They are brokers not movers themselves and brokered with AMM moving which is a new name for a company who lost their DOT license. My stuff finally came (very late) but was crushed and mixed together with someone else's things. If your last name is Landen (possibly in AZ) I have at least one of your boxes (I still need to go through everything) and if you happen to see this and see a white bench or a speaker, please take them and I will find a way to get them and get you your things. I was told a lot of things that turned out not to be true. 1) It would be a legit moving company that would be moving our stuff from VA to NC and not two guys and a rental truck. Who shows up? Two guys and Penske rental truck. 2) I had so much extra room and should not worry about the price to deviate much, if any, from the estimate. They show up and they said it would be $2700 instead of the quoted price of $1500. I said no and they went on their way and we were stuck with renting and Uhaul and doing it all ourselves. 4) I told them multiple times that I can only move from 9am-3pm on Saturday because we have to reserve the elevator. They show up at 4pm... so we had to move everything Sunday when we were able to get a Uhaul and we may be charged $500 by the building that we lived in because of that. 5) These companies that they get to move your stuff will charge you by the cubic foot... a guesstimate might I add, charge you for "long carry" even though it definitely was not, and charge you for the supplies they use to protect your stuff, which I was not told. I hope these people feel really great about themselves for screwing over REAL people with REAL lives. The 5 star reviews are either fake or they didn't care about spending a ridiculous amount of money. Oh and you won't get your deposit back from them, that's all they care about.

They had the list of items, knowing this they left items off, when we brought them up again we were charged more to add them.

Noone came to see our items or asked for photos.

When they got there hours late, they told us it would be double what our contract says and has a guaranteed cap.

We had to pay more just to get our items off the truck when we realized this was a scam.

They ditched our phone calls and we ended up having to get another truck and leave our belongings in storage and continue our move out of state.

Please don't fall for this corrupt company!

As the other one-star reviews have suggested, Pinnacle is untrustworthy. The five-star reviews are very obviously paid reviews or part of the scam.

I was pursued aggressively by someone named Brandon, who promised that a truck would arrive the morning that I needed it. They required a deposit by check (so that the payment could not be canceled or disputed) and promised to be in touch the day before to confirm an estimated time of arrival. As soon as the deposit was made, despite trying through email, texting, and phone calls for days, I could not get in touch with anyone at Pinnacle to confirm an arrival time window. Finally, hours after the movers were supposed to have arrived, I got through to someone who informed me that my move was going to be delayed by almost a full week; this, after I had received a 100% certain guarantee that movers would arrive on the projected day in the morning. On top of the lost deposit of $700+, I've lost hundreds of dollars' worth of hotel reservations and related logistics that I had arranged, counting on the reliability of this moving company.

I will be pursuing legal action against this company, at the least, for failure to deliver on agreed upon services and at most, outright fraud.

Please heed this and other one-star reviews and ignore the false positive reviews. This company takes advantage of people's trust, and they do not deliver on what they promise.

This company is a scam!! They never showed up for our out of state move and we were left to rent a truck, hire other movers to load the truck and drive the truck over 1,000 miles. We had to change our closing date on the sale of our house because of this ridiculous company. They will dodge your calls and emails. They have done NO work and have not returned our deposit!! They have stolen our money and cost us thousands extra, as we had to scramble and get new and competent people the last minute.

Save your sanity and money and go elsewhere!!!

Total nightmare of a company. Shady and crooked people. They took our advance but never showed up for the packing or moving. The agent Brandon was very polite and nice and they trick you by telling that you need to book the truck ASAP or you will miss the date. So, I paid the advance and then they refused to pick up my calls or answer my emails/texts a week before the move. They called 2 days before the move and said that they need to charge an extra $2500 otherwise they cannot accommodate the move and we agreed. I got in touch with an another person who used them and apparently they held her stuff hostage and refused to deliver until they got paid extra $$. Dodged a bullet there by not using them but we still lost our $2000 advance. They do not answer our calls anymore. We sold our house and needed to vacate the place and our move totally derailed because of these people. Stay away from them. Please read the BBB article on moving scams and literally every thing they described on that article is what they did to us. They buy the reviews on other sites. How do businesses like these even operate without any moral scruples?

This company stole the name of a reputable one in order to fraud movers. They were a nightmare with communication; they would not answer phone calls and instead used texts, normally taking hours to respond to the simplest requests. They underquoted the size needed to move (so much so that I'm positive it was intentional). I'm sure they would have overcharged us if we had ended up using them to move, but they eventually contacted us the day the movers were supposed to arrive to tell us that the wouldn't be there. THE DAY OF! We cancelled our contract within the 48 hours allotted in said contract, and that was the last we ever heard from the company. We have not, and I assume now will not, hear back about a refund that they legally owe us. THIS IS FRAUD. We tried calling to sort things out and the line is disconnected. They used checks instead of credit card so that your bank cannot dispute their fraud, forcing you to go to small claims court in Palm Beach county (where they are located supposedly). This company committed textbook fraud and I am astounded that they are even allowed to operate as a company.

I was contacted by an employee of this company named Brandon and contracted with them to move a partial household to Florida. He told me I could cancel for a full refund anytime up to three days before the move. They required a deposit of $980 which I paid and then they stopped returning my calls. Finally, after multiple calls with no clear answers given, one of their employees called me and said that Brandon had been fired for lying to people. He said that I only had three days from the time I did the contract to cancel. I just want my refund back and then we can both go our own ways.

This company quoted us for our move from Washington state to South Carolina back in July. I took Brandon (the original contact) through everything in my house and he gave me their quote. I looked into the company but since they use the same name as a reputable mover in New York, I saw the New York company's reviews and not the company I was actually working with. After paying the initial $1162.08 deposit, they said my move was scheduled. Ever since the deposit was paid, they were horrendous with communication. I tried Brandon many times by his email and direct phone number but he would not answer anything. I decided to contact the company instead and was told that Brandon was sick (other reviews online from around the same time said he was fired), and that I'd be working with Lisa from here on out. I could NOT get her on the phone. Every call would result in a text message and that was the only way she'd communicate. The days leading up to my move is the only time I heard from her and it was to make sure my inventory was up to date. I had added a few more items so it raised my quote and ended up having to pay an additional $1541 for a deposit on 9/8 which I did and signed a new contract on 9/9. My move window was 9/9-9/10 and tried several times to get a time when the mover would be there from Lisa and she was unresponsive and unhelpful. She said since the movers weren't there 9/9 that they would be there 9/10...and at noonish on 9/10 was told the movers aren't coming and the soonest they could be there was 9/13. This was a move that was scheduled for months and a day before I had to be out of my apartment, cancel on us. I had to last minute find moving truck/car dolly and hire loaders and ended up driving my stuff cross-country myself. Because of the cancelled movers, I requested a refund for at least the $1541 since I was within the first 48 hours they required on their contract. That was were communication stopped. The number Lisa was using has been disconnected, they won't answer any of the emails I sent to any email address I can find from them, I call and leave messages on their main line but they will not respond. After looking at the recent reviews of the company, I'm not the only one that this is happening to in the last several months. They also vastly underquoted the space needed on a truck for the move (so much so that I'm positive it was intentional) that I'm sure they would have overcharged us if they had shown up to move our stuff. Lots of reviews showed this was on par with what they did when they actually had movers show up. We have not, and I assume now will not, hear back about a refund that they legally owe us. They used bank withdraws/electronic checks instead of credit card so that your bank cannot dispute their fraud, forcing you to go to small claims court in Palm Beach county (where they are located supposedly).
